ニコンゆかりの地に、社員、地域住民、関連企業、同社製品のファンが、発見・交流・体験できる場の創出を目指した。同社の「デザインと機能が統合されたサービス」を想起させるべく、建築においても空間と機能の統合を意図した。帯状の平面がずれながら積層する建物形状は、周辺環境への配慮とともに新たなワークプレイスを生み出している。

This project consolidates Nikon’s R&D and corporate departments at a location tied to the company, aiming to enhance development capabilities and create synergies for growth. All spaces are treated as workplaces, designed for focused work, collaboration, prototyping, experimentation, and relaxation. Free movement fosters communication, encouraging innovation and supporting Nikon’s growth.
